Whether you live with diabetes or not. Thirty minutes a day of physical activity will help with diabetes management and diabetes prevention.
Strive for at least 150 minutes of aerobic exercise each week (30 minutes a day, five days per week).
Strive to enjoy resistance exercise two to three times per week.
