Session 1: Wednesday, January 5, 2021 Session 2: Wednesday, January 12, 2021 Session 3: Wednesday, January 19, 2021 Props to have on hand: • sturdy chair • yoga block • blanket • pillow, cushion or bolster Gentle Yoga 9:00 a.m. to 10 a.m. We will do a range of gentle yoga postures, including working down on our mats, seated in a chair, and standing. The chair and other supportive props will assist us in safely and comfortably achieving our movements and getting the most out of our yoga practice. Required equipment: a mat, blanket, sturdy chair, yoga block, and pillow, bolster or cushion. Hatha Yoga 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. We will start by lying on our mats in relaxation, doing some gentle movements for a light warm-up, followed by other lying postures. We will then carry out a selection of postures from a seated position, on the hands & knees, standing, and back down to the mat on our belly for some very gentle backbends. We will end with a cool-down, and more relaxation
