By dedicating time to true relaxation, we can show love to ourselves on a deep level. Relaxation allows us to reconnect with our true self and reflect on aspects of our daily life. Relaxation awakens that part of ourselves that is pure presence. In deep relaxation, we may experience inner peace and calm. We may learn to authentically love ourselves and others.
