Feeling Stressed?

Greet heightened mental clutter and emotional challenges with acceptance, patience, and self-compassion. Acknowledge and embrace them as part of your sacred human experience, but in the same moment, affirm to yourself that you will persevere.

Slow down and pause with a few slow, mindful breaths. If it is comfortable for you, take a step back to sit in silence and stillness for 3-5 minutes or as long as is helpful for you. Or take a walk and bring your awareness to the pace and distance of your footsteps, the air around you, the ground beneath you. These mindfulness tools often provide the safe space needed for present-moment awareness that shines light on new possibilities.
