Stretching for Stability Strong ankle and feet joints improves stability.
While sitting, place a tea towel or hand towel under your foot with the base of the towel lined up with the edge of your heel
Slowly extend your toes over the towel, curl the toes to grip and gather the towel and pull towards your heel
Continue this until the entire towel is gathered under your foot
Repeat this activity with other foot and up to 3 times per day to strengthen your toe joints help maintain mobility
