Easy stretches
Toe gripping

  • While sitting, place a tea towel or hand towel under your foot with the base of the towel lined up with the edge of your heel
  • Slowly extend your toes over the towel, curl the toes to grip and gather the towel and pull towards your heel
  • Continue this until the entire towel is gathered under your foot
  • Repeat this activity with other foot and up to 3 times per day to strengthen your toe joints help maintain mobility
