Ways to celebrate:

  • Do you tend to overeat at dinnertime?
    Switch your 9″ plates to 7″ plates.
  • Eat the rainbow; challenge your family to eat as many colors of fruits and veggies as you can every day.
  • Try a new, healthy recipe once or twice a week.
  • Plant an herb garden. March is a great month to start planning a veggie garden.
