Mental health imbalance may include post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety or addictions. Decline in mental health may affect sleep, appetite, energy levels, ability to think clearly, relationships or life satisfaction.

Seek help for yourself, friend or family member if you notice these signs: difficulty concentrating, difficulty dealing with daily stress or usual responsibilities, less care about appearances, being withdrawn, change in eating sleeping patterns, increased worry or anxiety, strange beliefs that are unreal, hearing or seeing things that are not there. Speak with your health care provider or elder for help.
