Self-Care and Air

A daily dose of fresh air can do a lot to help balance our mind, body and spirit.
Lack of fresh oxygen to the brain can cause fatigue and drowsiness. Practice self-care -by ensuring your home is well ventilated and spending more time outdoors.
• Experiment with keeping one of the different house plants known to boost oxygen levels and clean indoor air
• Open the windows and doors in your home; try opening windows in several rooms to create a cross flow and fresh circulation of air
• Take your dog for a walk
