Getting the recommended 30 minutes of physical activity each day for at least five days a week isn’t as challenging as you may think.
Often, the real challenge is your mental barriers, such as lack of motivation or confidence. Create a list of positive affirmations, make the decision to get up and go. Then do it! Gather as much helpful info as you can and call a friend, family member or co-worker and start a walking routine.
If walking is not enjoyable, there are lots of other activities to explore.
