Ingredients

  • 1⁄3 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1⁄3 cup yogurt (Greek Yogurt)
  • 1⁄3 cup almond milk
  • 1⁄3 cup fresh or frozen fruit of your choice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1⁄4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a jar
  2. Stir to mix thoroughly
  3. Store in the fridge overnight
