Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1⁄3 cup yogurt (Greek Yogurt)
- 1⁄3 cup almond milk
- 1⁄3 cup fresh or frozen fruit of your choice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1⁄4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a jar
- Stir to mix thoroughly
- Store in the fridge overnight
