Spirit of Food: Raspberry Sorbet

It’s raspberry season and the best way to enjoy them is fresh picked – right off the vine.
But in the summer, who doesn’t love a nice cold dessert? This is an easy, healthy refreshing one.
Ingredients:
- 3 cups raspberries
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- ¼ cup warm water as needed
Directions:
Lay raspberries on a lined cookie sheet and freeze for two to three hours.
Once frozen, place in a food processor or blender with honey and lemon juice. Blend until smooth. You may need to add some warm water to help the process. Once desired consistency is reached, dish into serving bowls and enjoy.
Keep any remaining sorbet in the freezer until ready to eat.
