Good care starts with good routines.
Inspect your feet every morning and after any activity to ensure no injury or concerns have developed.

If you identify concerns with your feet:

  • clean
  • apply anti-biotic ointment
  • cover with a bandage and

if you do not see signs of healing within 24-48 hours, follow up with your health care provider.
