Turn to the Wellness Wheel

The Wellness Wheel guides the journey to harmony and balance in the physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional areas of our lives.

For Good Mental Health:
• Talk, spend time with an Elder, traditional practitioner or counsellor
• Don’t keep things bundled up inside. Set them free. Write them down in a journal, share with a friend or share in a circle
• Join a support group or skills-development program offered in our community
• Spend quality time with family and friends
• Read books that inspire you to better understand yourself and others
