White Bean Dip

Makes 2 cups
This Easy White Bean Dip will become a favorite healthy snack.
This white bean dip recipe is vegan and made with just a few ingredients that you likely have on hand in your kitchen. A crowd pleaser.
Ingredients:
- 1 – 540g (19oz) can white kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons sunflower or olive oil
- 2 teaspoons ground sumac
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 2 tablespoons water, optional
Directions: Combine all ingredients, except optional water, in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Process until the dip is the consistency that you like. Scrape the bowl if necessary and add water if the mixture is too thick.
Remove the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with minced parsley or additional ground sumac if desired.
Serve with vegetables or crackers.
