Heart disease refers to common problems such as: heart arteries blocked with cholesterol, weak heart muscle, one side of the heart beating too fast or abnormal rhythm.
Risk factors for heart disease include; family history, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressures, stress and sleep apnea.
