This event explores a wholistic approach to our relationship with food.
We will explore how to:
- Practice mindfulness when eating
- Avoid using food as a coping mechanism
- Ditch the diet mentality
- Learn to listen to your body
- Challenge negative self-talk
- Seek support when needed
