Whether from your office, the comfort of your own home or in this virtual class, you can enjoy low-impact, beneficial exercise seated in a chair!
These sessions are super for those with mobility or balance concerns or those coping with a lower body challenge that makes standing exercises difficult.
- These sessions comprise a combination of chair yoga poses but the sessions will also incorporate other movements and muscle targeting.
- Bring light to moderate dumbbells (or unopened soup cans or water bottles) for these seated sessions.
- Mondays: June 1, 15 & 29
- Wednesday: 3 & 24
- Fridays: 12 & 19
