About the Event

Mindful movement allows us to check in with our bodies and get moving in a way that can help us lower stress, release stagnant energy, and strengthen our mind-body connection.

  • These sessions are low-impact and incorporate various full-body movements from standing, kneeling, and lying positions and include gentle strengthening by targeting muscle groups.
  • Bring light to moderate dumbbells (or unopened soup cans or water bottles).
