About Crystal Bomberry
Crystal Bomberry is a Mohawk woman, Turtle Clan from Six Nations of the Grand River territory. She has worked with IDHC since 2009. Crystal serves Indigenous communities, inspiring healthy change by encouraging all to be active and to eat foods that nourish body, mind and spirit. She is a certified Canfitpro Personal Training Specialist and an East to West Yoga teacher and more.
You may know her through her comprehensive and hugely popular video exercise series, “Agadon’he’ (I Am Fully Alive), released to social media in 2020.
