Mindful movement allows us to check in with our bodies and get moving in a way that can help us lower stress, release stagnant energy, and strengthen our mind-body connection.

These sessions are low-impact and incorporate various full-body movements from standing, kneeling, and lying positions and include gentle strengthening by targeting muscle groups.

Bring light to moderate dumbbells (or unopened soup cans or water bottles) for these seated sessions.
