About the Event
Mindful movement allows us to check in with our bodies and get moving in a way that can help us lower stress, release stagnant energy, and strengthen our mind-body connection.
It’s a great way to practice self-care by incorporating both mental and physical well-being.

Participants will need: a pair of light to moderate dumbbells (or unopened soup cans or water bottles) sturdy chair (we may or may not use) yoga or exercise mat
These sessions will include a wide range of movements from standing, possibly sitting, and down to our exercise mat.
