Exercise Series

About the Event

Whether it’s from your office, the comfort of your own home or in this virtual class, it is entirely possible to enjoy low-impact, beneficial exercise while seated in a chair.

These sessions are great for any with mobility or balance concerns or are coping with a lower body challenge that makes standing exercises difficult.

Participants will need: light to moderate dumbbells (or unopened soup cans or water bottles) sturdy chair (with no arms).
