Whether it's from your office, the comfort of your own home or in this virtual class, it is entirely possible to enjoy low-impact, beneficial exercise while seated in a chair. These sessions are great for those with mobility or balance concerns or those coping with a lower body challenge that makes standing exercises difficult.

Dates This series will run on the following days:

Wednesdays in December: 6, 13 & 20
Fridays in December: 8, 15 & 22

  • These sessions comprise a combination of chair yoga poses but the sessions will also incorporate other movements and muscle targeting.
  • Bring light to moderate dumbbells (or unopened soup cans or water bottles) for these seated sessions.
