About the Event
These sessions are great for any with mobility or balance concerns or are coping with a lower body challenge that makes standing exercises difficult

Start Date: Monday April 3, 2023 This series will run on the following Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays:
- Monday, April 3 •Monday, April 10
- Wednesday, April 5 •Wednesday, April 12

Participants will need:
- light to moderate dumbbells (or unopened soup cans or water bottles)
- sturdy chair (with no arms)
