These sessions are great for those with mobility or balance concerns or those coping with a lower body challenge that makes standing exercises difficult.

These sessions comprise a combination of chair yoga poses but the sessions will also incorporate other movements and muscle targeting.

Bring light to moderate dumbbells (or unopened soup cans or water bottles) for these seated sessions.
