Front line health workers and community members alike will appreciate knowledge sharing at this event related to innovations in Indigenous diabetes healthcare. The renowned IDHC speaker team is booked to present highlights in leading edge programming in Indigenous diabetes wellness. Key projects include Karihwhastha (national public policy), Baker Lake Inuit diabetes wellness, the spread and scale across Ontario of lower limb preservation and the very well thought out and articulated launch of the custom IDHC model of care.
