  • While seated with both feet on the floor in front of you, raise both heels and hold for 3 seconds
  • Repeat 10 more times
  • While seated with both feet on the floor in front of you raise both heels off the ground and continue to raise toes off the ground and only the tips of your toes touching the floor
  • Repeat 10 times
