KEEP YOUR FEET STRONG

  • Start with a warm up: With your feet off the ground, draw the letters of the alphabet with your big toe
  • Rise on tiptoes, then lower heels while using a stationary support for balance
  • Stand on the outside of your feet, then roll in to stand inside and repeat
  • While foot is flat, try to lift only your big toe off the ground. Then keep big toe down and lift only your outer four toes
  • Toe crunches: Place a small a towel on the floor and sit your foot at one end. Use your toes to grip and pull the towel towards you
  • Ankle rolls: point toes and move them in circle each way
