KIDS BETWEEN ONE TO FOUR YEARS OF AGE NEED TWO HOURS OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY. KIDS BETWEEN FIVE AND 17 YEARS NEED 60 MINUTE OF MODERATE TO VIGOROUS ACTIVITY.
Choose an activity you both like, or learn a new one.
