This year, set the intention of good physical health.
Aim for 30-minutes a day of physical exercise.
Need to start slowly? Start by doing 15-minutes per day and work your way upwards, or do 15-minutes twice a day.
Do something you love: dancing, swimming, walking, biking, hiking -that way you will want to continue.
