Take a 10 or 15 minute walk, do some light stretching—or try chair exercise. Work your way up to 30 minutes of exercise per day, at least 5 days per week.
And so should be good self-care and good foot hygiene! Happy Valentine’s Day to the one who keeps your heart and soles in check.
