It is recommended that every child has their first eye exam at six months, then every year starting at age two to ensure proper vision development.
Aim for three healthy balanced meals per day —plus a couple of healthy snacks.

Read nutrition labels on packaged and processed foods. Limit or avoid products with a high content of sugar, salt and saturated fat
If you have risk factors or a family history of diabetes: consider regular monitoring of blood sugar levels. Monitoring may detect any abnormalities early and facilitate prompt intervention.
