Tailor your diabetes self-care plans to YOUR individual needs. Self-care factors include age, co-existing conditions and lifestyle. Find what works for you!
Do you spend a lot of time staring at a screen? Practice the 20-20-20 rule. Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds. Reduce eye strain.
How does the body use nutrients. What is the relationship between diet, health and disease.
